Honolulu is the capital and most populated city of Hawaii and located by the side of southeast coast of Oahu island and usually designated as the complete island of Oahu.The name Honolulu means “Place of Shelter”.

Pearl Harbor

After the reputation on December 7, 1941, this site was honored to remember the 1500 troop members who mislaid their lives. The bridge over it allows viewing the coastline as well as the processing port.

Hanauma Bay Marine Preserve

Hanauma Bay NatureWell known tourist place which attracts by its wonderful beaches along blue- green waters.The preservation is done for marine wildlife with marvelous coral and tropical fish collection inviting more than 3 million visitors a year.

Diamond Head State Monument

The crater was engraved out of the eruption of a volcano. It was about 760 feet height and 3,200 feet wide and still inactive for more than thousands of years. Trekking is possible to one particular piece through a dark tunnel.

Waikiki Aquarium

USS Arizona MemorialThis oldest Aquarium of US was started during 1904 and abode more than 2,500 aquatic animals. The Palace can also be hired for weddings and business meetings.

Photographs give a live experience with audio effects, but Helicopters, tanks and guns are now silenced.Bernice Pauahi Bishop MuseumIt is a historic museum and located between Honolulu International Airport and Downtown.

It houses the piece of work from 18th century’s Hawaiian kingdom, planetarium and cultural shows and melting lava’s presentation.Cedar Street GalleriesIt highlights more than 250 historical and modern, both budding and recognized artists representing the local flavor of the island.

It is also possible to find the wonderful abstracts and realism of landscapes, seascapes, flora and fauna.Iolani PalaceIn 1882, King Kalakaua constructed the palace.Now it present a quick view of the residence of the two royals one King Kalakaua and his sister Queen Lili`uokalani.Highly finished wood flooring gives marvelous look to the palace.

Halona Blowhole

This is naturally formed by molten lava during an eruption about 2 lacs years ago. The lava tubes are carried to the ocean and during the proper wave, this Halona blows to 30 feet.
